Cecília Rodrigues, Full Professor at Faculty of Pharmacy of University of Lisbon, Vice-Rector of University of Lisbon, and Group Leader of Cell Function and Therapeutic Targeting at iMed.ULisboa was awarded with FEBS’s Sir Hans Krebs medal.

This award was received during the last Biochemistry Global Summit and is given to those with outstanding achievements in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology or related sciences.

Cecilia Rodrigues presented the plenary lecture “Metabolic liver disease: leaping forward”, on her work on finding therapeutic and diagnostic strategies for metabolic liver disease.
