Gonçalo Garcia is a junior post-doctoral researcher enthusiastic for the fields of neuroscience, immunology, inflammation and neuroinflammation, as well as for the study of exosome-mediated communication using advanced experimental models. In the last 5 years, he contributed for 8 research articles (5 of them as first Author), as well as 21 oral presentations and 10 poster communications in national and international meetings, being awarded on 3 occasions. In addition, he was involved in the organization of multiple national and international meetings. He is passionate for integrative science and translational biomedicine.
