Invited Seminar: Drug Utilization Research – Data, Methods and Translation to Practice
Dr. Indre Treciokiene got a Pharm M diploma at Lithuanian Health Science University in 2005. For 12 years she worked as the head of a small pharmacy chain and as a practicing pharmacist. In 2018 – 2022 was responsible for the Pharmacy undergraduate program at Vilnius University. Indre defended PhD thesis in pharmacy at Groningen University, Netherlands in 2024. From September 2024 holds an associate professor position in social pharmacy and drug utilization research team at Vilnius University. Her research interests focus on medication adherence and pharmacy/pharmacist services. She has used drug utilization research methods to study medicine use in the cardiovascular disease area. Dr. Indre Treciokiene is an executive committee member at the European Drug Utilisation Group (Euro DURG) and a FIP Academic Institutional member.
