Research Interests

Current Reserach is the design and executing multi-step and target oriented synthesis of range of novel heterocyclic small molecules. I have focused on the multicomponent reaction that provides highly substituted bioactive prototypes in a very short synthetic sequence with a strong emphasis on drug-design. Study of the structure-activity relationships (SAR) and the selection of optimized leads for in vivo assays, based on in vitro screening and metabolic profiles
