Filipa Vale is an Assistant Researcher at Faculty of Pharmacy, Universidade de Lisboa, Portugal. Her research interests span pathogen genomics and phage biology, particularly Helicobacter phage genomics, evolution and biomedical applications. Dr. Vale has a degree in Microbial biology and genetics (University of Lisbon), a Master in Health Engineering, a PhD in Biomedical Engineering (Catholic University of Portugal) and a Master in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology (Universidade de Lisboa).
